3uTools is a program created for Windows users who own iOS devices, such as iPhones, iPads or iPods. This utility provides you with a simple and quick way to handle your iOS files, transfer data from your computer to your Apple gadget, and install applications on your iOS device.

You don't need to install additional tools on your PC, such as iTunes, in order to work with this app. All you need to do is to connect your iOS gadget to your computer, choose the "Trust This Computer" option, and you can start managing your iOS data.

The application gives you access to a wide variety of useful features. It helps you back up your iOS data to your computer, transfer data from your PC to your gadget, install applications on your Apple device, etc. This program also provides you with several built-in tools for optimizing the performance of your iOS gadget (for instance, Clean Garbage).

You can use this utility to convert videos from your local folder to formats that are compatible with your device, create ringtones, etc.

The only built-in tool that didn't work quite well was the video converter. It took a while to convert the imported files. Also, it supported only one output format - MP4.

In conclusion, 3uTools is one of the best iOS file managers I used on my Windows PC. Besides the fact that this utility gives you access to countless useful features, it also comes without a price tag, an aspect which is pretty rare when it comes to using iOS file managers. So, you should definitely give it a try if you own an iOS device.
